A GLANCE ABOUT INSOMNIA
Everybody has different times to sleep. To tell you the truth, how long the period of sleeping can’t be the meassure whether she or he suffer from the insomnia.
The insomnia can be caused by smoking, having stress depressed, sick diseases, alcoholics, addiction to drugs, etc. Some women could suffer from the insomnia when they are on pre menstrual syndrome. (after puberty) hormones that possessed by women (estrogen and progestogene) becomes up and down as long as the period and the pregnancy. Commonly women tend to suffer more than men.
The inhabitants of big cities who have high-life demands, tight competition, traffic jams, and pollution will easily suffer from the insomnia than those who live in village.
One research shows that one’s lack sleeping will experience decreasing in productivity and unstable emotion. Then how to overcome the insomnia? Here are some suggestions that you could follow:
a. Sleep at the same time
b. Avoid to take the sleeping pills
c. Consume herbal tea or hot milk
d. Take exercise in the afternoon
e. Message gently with hot water
f. Don’t consume meal excessively
g. Consume vitamin E or supplements
h. Avoid caffeine
i. Get relaxed
j. Use your bedroom just for sleeping
